Your shipment(s)
Packages are generally dispatched within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped with tracking. Print-on-Demand items may have a longer lead time and as a result, will ship separately.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each order. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized.
Local Pick-up or Delivery (Raleigh, NC area only)
Local pick-up is available with discretion in the Raleigh, NC metro or Garner area. As DarkLight Abyss does not currently operate a brick-and-mortar business, pick-up or delivery is at the discretion of availability of the business. This option is not guaranteed; however, in some circumstances, we may allow for exceptions.
Please note that the Return Policy applies to Local Pick-Up or Delivery and Print-on-Demand items may not be available.
Pop-Up Events
On occasion, DarkLight Abyss may be a vendor at a Pop-Up event. Please note that the Return Policy applies to these events and some Print-on-Demand items may not be available.
Returns
All sales are final.
Returns are not accepted for any Print-on-Demand, handmade, or customized items.
For items that arrive damaged, please get in touch with our Customer Service department within 7 days of delivery. Photograph evidence is required before any determination can be made. A Return Authorization Number is required with any return. Buyer is responsible for any return shipping fees and a $7.00 restocking and administration fee is applied to any returned items.
